Where are the Lockbox locations?

There are seven locations: Boston, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Dallas.

Which location should I choose?

Choose the location closest to the majority of your customers who will be sending in payments. If you have customers throughout the U.S., we recommend you choose Pittsburgh or Chicago.

How often does PNC Bank pick up checks?

PNC Bank picks up checks 14 times per day, 7 days a week.
