What can I do if I am already processing with another vendor?

If you are currently working with another third-party merchant card processor, you may continue to work with that vendor. Simply give your current vendor a voided Working Capital Management Account®(WCMA®, account) check so that incoming funds can be re-routed to your WCMA account.

Do I have to purchase new equipment if I already own a terminal and printer?

If your equipment is compatible, you can reprogram your terminal, in which case you will be charged a one-time fee for the reprogramming.
