Q Which Web browsers are certified for Merrill Lynch Business Center?
A The following Web browsers have been tested and certified for Merrill Lynch Business Center:
  • Netscape Navigator 7.0 and above (English Version)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 with Service Pack 2 (SP2) (English Version)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (English Version)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) (English Version)
 
Q How do I know what version browser I am currently using?
A On the menu bar, click Help, and then click About Internet Explorer (or About Netscape, if applicable) to determine the version.
 
Q What will happen if I use a Web browser that has not been tested and certified?
A Using a non-tested and non-certified Web browser may prevent access to certain Merrill Lynch Business Center functions. For example, you may not have the ability to create batches or print reports. You may also receive Web browser error messages.
 
Q What workstations are compatible with the Merrill Lynch Business Center?
A The Merrill Lynch Business Center has been tested for compatibility with Microsoft® Windows-based workstations on supported web browsers.
 
Q Can I speak with someone regarding technical issues that I have experienced?
A First, check to see that you are using a tested and certified Web browser. If you are using a certified browser and have technical issues, contact your technology or computer specialist.
 
Q Who can give me access when I am locked out of Merrill Lynch Business Center?
