Who can use the PSRN?

This service is for companies with a minimum $10 million value.

Will Merrill Lynch advise me on the transaction?

You will enter into a separate agreement with one of the investment banking firms in the PSRN for investment banking services in connection with the transaction.  That investment banking firm will advise you in connection with the transaction.  Merrill Lynch will receive a referral fee from the investment banking firm if a transaction is completed.
